among them. Their menus are all customized to their client's needs.

great taste and a healthy meal. Whenever possible, local, organic produce
is utilized. The dishes are often displayed off of local artists' artwork
and sculptures to add to the theme and ambiance of the event. They have
excellent working relations with some of the best vendors in the San Diego area
and can help clients with vendor recommendations and selection. The staff

His work with this lost art medium varies from tree sculptures laced with real
bones to animal enclosures. Each piece captures his unique eye for detail,
his inspired imagination, & his love for steel.
Dave is certified in oxyacetylene arc, flux core, & AWS structural steel
welding. He continues to work as a fabricator, yet his true passion is using his
knowledge & experience to create his artful visions. Function, tasteful, &
sometimes dark, Dave's custom creations can be found in professional
establishments as well as personal collections.
